If you exercise the proper way and if you take recover drink — you will be feeling great. I agree with you. I have been working out for many years and know what I am doing. I am fit but I think the P90X workout does go overboard. The workouts are too long and have too much fluff to kill time. I agree that you can get a good workout in 30 minutes or less as long as you make it intense!

The original P90X dvd system is no longer available. You can stream it though, and you have digital access to the calendars and guides. Beachbody is just getting away from workout DVDs.

The P90X program is still a super effective home workout program in ! The day program can help you get in the best shape of your life because of the balance of strength and high-intensity interval training included in the workouts.
